About

I have an in-depth knowledge of buildings born from an earlier career in structural engineering, followed by architecture and ultimately in architectural illustration. A Fellow of the Society of Architectural Illustrators, I have a proven track record having worked for many of the world’s top architects as well as smaller practices.

Every job is different in both scale and scope, from  house extensions to football stadiums, palaces, hotels, public buildings etc. It’s a very long list, spanning over 30 years.

Watercolour is, and always has been, my medium of choice, despite cgi having taken over a large proportion of the market, although I occasionally use hybrid techniques incorporating Sketchup modelling and Photoshop. I prefer the hand-crafted touch, as do my clients who often ask for the original painting signed and framed.

From finished watercolour illustrations to rapid concept sketches, I can help.
